Lead visual: AI-generated illustration of digital cultural-heritage protection.
The Hague · 10–12 June 2025
The European Software Institute and the Centre for Cultural Heritage Technology at the Italian Institute of Technology represented RITHMS at the Europol Core Group meeting on illicit trafficking of cultural goods.
Four demonstrations with end users
The team delivered four platform demonstrations to law-enforcement officers and Europol technical staff. Participants included representatives of the Carabinieri cultural-heritage protection unit, the Dutch Police and the Spanish National Police.
The sessions provided an opportunity to assess the platform in an operational setting and gather practical feedback to guide further development around investigators’ needs.
RITHMS is funded by the European Union, grant 101073932.
