CMMI Training in Macedonia and Bulgaria, July 2005

11-15 July the European Software Institute Center Bulgaria has organized a training session in Skopje, Macedonia and Sofia, Bulgaria.

On 11th of July a one-day course “CMMI® for Senior Managers” has taken place in Skopje.  This is the first ESI Center’s project in Macedonia and it is organized in cooperation with MASIT - the Macedonian Association of Information Technology. 30 participants from Macedonia and 5 from Bulgaria have attended the training.

The “CMMI for Senior Managers” is a workshop designed for top managers. It gives a comprehensible overview of all the business advantages the organization is provided with by implementation of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration). Process maturity “promises” a defect-free product, which meets all of the customers’ requirements.

16 persons attended the "Introduction to CMMI" (staged and continuous) course on 13th-15th July in Sofia. The audience was quite diverse consisting of  participants from  financial organisations, hardware companies, software companies and universities.
