The speaker Teodora Bozheva has more than 20 years of experience in the field of software development and IT. Through interactive trainings, and coaching she motivates people and helps companies embrace best practices effective management methods. In 2008 Teodora received the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training from Systonomy, a pioneer in applying the methodology in the Software Engineering and IT domain. Since then she has been using the techniques for optimizing organizational processes.

Teodora is Lean Kanban University Accredited Kanban Trainer as well as CMMI Institute Certified Instructor.
