Introduction to CMMI for Development/Services Training

It is the CMMI Institute official training on CMMI principles. Certification from this course is useful to participate in SEI authorized process maturity appraisals. It trains participants in: assessment basis for each CMMI process area, with related objectives and practices; understanding of how and if an organization conforms to CMMI process areas. The participant is provided with appropriate tools to identify gaps and process improvement opportunities according to the CMMI implementation system. 
The course aims at systems/software engineering managers, who will initiate implementation of the CMMI model in their organizations. The course is lead by instructors certified by CMMI Institute for Introduction to CMMI.
