ESI Center Bulgaria trained 34 people from 11 leading companies in the CMM®I Week in Romania , Bucharest, Romania, February 08-10, 2005

European Software Institute Center Bulgaria has started it’s 2005 activities with CMMI week in Romania. This first ESI Center’s project in Romania is organized in cooperation with ARIES - the Romanian Association for Electronics and Software Industry.

34 trainnees from 11 leading software companies have participated in the two main courses- a 3day “Introduction to CMMI” and one-day “CMMI for Senior Managers”, offered by ESI Center Bulgaria. All participants have had the opportunity to discuss issues directly with a SEI authorized instructor.

Second CMMI Course in Bulgaria, Sofia, September 27-29, 2004

19 software experts gained knowledge on SPI implementation through SEI authorized course on “Introduction to CMM®I”. The course was organised for the second time in Bulgaria by ESI Center Bulgaria. The participants represent one Romanian and 10 leading Bulgarian software companies. So far 39 Bulgarian software professionals have received certificate for the course and are included in the database of Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. The training is useful for organizations which plan to start or are currently in process of implementing CMM®I principles.
